Room Hire for Wedding Breakfast Receptions and Private Parties
Room Hire includes use of the Garden Room, Old Laundry & grounds.
Garden Room Seating Capacity:
- Up to 24 guests at one large ‘banquet’ table or three x 5’ round tables (8 per table)
- Up to 33 guests around three x 5’ round tables (8 per table) & one top
‘banquet’ table (seats 9). - Up to 45 guests at five x 5' round tables (9 per table)
- Up to 48 guests at eight x 6’ banquet tables (6 per table).
The Garden Room & Old Laundry accommodates up to 80 guests for a drinks reception. The Garden Room and Old Laundry are not suitable for dancing.

Room hire will be charged at the applicable rates for the hours between the pre-agreed commencement and finishing times. An event may be extended on the day, subject to discussion and availability, with additional hire deducted from the Security Bond. The shut-down time for all events is at 20.00. One hour to either side of the hire time is allowed for final set-up and take-down. Use of a basic prep kitchen is included, for caterers requiring additional food preparation/ kitchen space those areas in the main house may be hired (POA).
