Planning and organising any event is time-consuming and stressful but a wedding? Agreeing menus, the dresses, flowers, cake, deciding who to invite and who to involve plus a whole heap of other demanding decisions on top of thinking about how the wedding should look. For some couples a blank canvas venue is an exciting dream opportunity for some expressive creativity but for others it's not quite the same story. Some couples are keen, but time isn't on their side, for others the notion appeals but they don't know where to start and for a few it's a scary minefield of uncertainty. With 15 years as an interior designer and almost 20 years of weddings, Jeffrey has both the trained eye and the experience to be of practical help. The process is a collaborative one: discussing and exploring potential looks; helping define a 'shopping list'; choosing from Jeffrey's library of drapes and accessories and then discussing what's to go where. In the days before the wedding - and without the time constraints of the couple needing to be in six places at once - Jeffrey will take charge of the assembled 'kit' and quietly turn the Garden Room and grounds into a lovely wedding backdrop and then after the wedding he'll quietly take it all down again. And that could mean one less (major) aspect of the wedding to worry about...
